Ronald ‘Ron’ George Auzins, 66, of Aldergrove, B.C. passed away on September 1, 2024, surrounded by family. Ron was born on March 30, 1958, in Edmonton, Alberta. While attending McNair Secondary in Richmond, B.C., and while juggling his love of sports and cars, Ron met the love of his life, Linda. The two married in 1979 and went on to raise their 3 children together.
In his working years, Ron planned and managed various distribution centres throughout Canada. His career was cut short in 2001 when he began having complications with his heart and health.
Ron was a man with strong family values, a witty sense of humour and shared a lot of love for those that were close to him (and the B.C. Lions). He enjoyed his final years, living his dream of having a small, family farm at ‘Rolin Acres’.
He was predeceased by his parents, George and Delia as well as his younger sister, Linda. Ron is survived by his sister Debbie and leaves behind a large legacy including his wife, Linda, children Marc (Samantha), Christie (Kyle) and Brian (Lauren) as well as his grandchildren, Avery, Landon, Madison and Ellie.
A celebration of life will be held on September 13, 2024 in Aldergrove. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, an organization that Ron and his family felt strongly about.

I didn’t know Ron well but we did met through out fathers who worked for Pacidic Western Airlines. Ron took up the mantle of being a great father and husband exactly as his own father did. Rest in Peace Ron. You are missed.

So Long, Old Friend. l will always remember you for the ways you made me laugh, those escapades playing road hockey way back before the shadows began to lengthen --- and those quiet times drawing stuff. You were the one who taught me about what was later referred to as foreshortening, and soon my airplane sketches were almost as good as yours!
You were a Good Man, Ron; you will be missed by many.
Rest ln Peace, my old friend
