It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved Rick on October 21, 2026 in Richmond, BC.  

Rick is lovingly survived by his wife Ligaya Merka Harcourt and his children, Christopher, Clinton and Carma. Also missing him are his two grand children Ethan and Kinzo.  

The family will honour Rick privately, at a Memorial Mass to be held at St. Paul's Parish in Richmond.
