Luciana S. Reyes "Nanay Lucy"
Luciana was born on January 13, 1936 in the Philippines, to wonderful parents, who passed away during her youth.
Nanay Lucy was predeceased by her loving husband, Antonio D. Reyes, and they are now reunited.
Together, they raised five children: Ronaldo, Ricci, Rowena, Rosalie, and Ricky.
Nanay Lucy and the family later moved to Canada and USA. Though separated by thousands of miles, their strong bond as a family kept them by each other's side, be it through visiting or living with her or through daily video calls.
Nanay Lucy, along with her supportive family, built and maintained a reputable bag and shoe business called The Five R's, which was highly sought after due to it's quality and reliability. Not only was Nanay Lucy a great bag maker and business woman, she was also an exemplary wife, mother, sister, grandmother and great grandmother, as shown by the outpouring of condolences received from those whose lives she impacted.
Despite owning a successful business, Nanay Lucy's greatest pride was always her family.
Pictures of family members line the wall of her hallway. Each picture brought back a memory. Each picture closed the distance between her and that person. Each picture was a reminder that she was loved by many and had so many to love.
Now, Nanay Lucy will forever live on in our hearts and memories.
The family will have a small, intimate gathering.

Lola Lucy was such a sweet and kind person. She always welcomed me as if I were her own granddaughter when I visit Canada. She toured me around while I was on vacation with her family and we had fun and meaningful get-togethers when she visited the Philippines. She has such a pure heart, and has a very welcoming presence. I come to always look for her whenever I visit Canada, since she is like a grandmother to me, too. We will miss you po, I pray that you will be happy
in heaven with lolo. ♥️
