Kaitlin (Kate) Louise Kennedy went home to be with her Lord and Savior and was reunited with her grandparents on February 20, 2026. As a beloved daughter, sister and aunt, Kate will be greatly missed by her parents Jim and Wendy Kennedy, her brothers, Adam Kennedy (Diane) and Reid Kennedy (Leisha), her nephews, Jaden Koch and London Kennedy, and her nieces, Briar Kennedy and Navy Kennedy.
Kate will be remembered for her love of God and her family as well as for her fierce loyalty to her friends. She was a real foodie, and she had a wanderlust for the world. Kate loved to travel, to explore new cultures and taste the local cuisine. She was also an animal lover and had a special affinity for cats.
A heartfelt thank you to each person who has reached out with prayers and condolences for our family. It comforts us to know that she was loved by so many.
A private family service will be held at the Maple Ridge Funeral Chapel, on Monday, March 9th. We hope to have a larger celebration of life for Kate in the Spring. Details will be posted to FB in the next few weeks for anyone interested in attending.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to your local SPCA.
Until we meet again in Glory.

As Kaitlin’s Aunt and Uncle, Eoghan and I are grateful that we were able to spend time with Kaitlin in August/September and even enjoyed her 37th birthday celebration dinner together. She will be Dearly Missed by her cousins Andrew Bardyn, Joanna Bardyn, and Peter Bardyn and Noreen Konrad Bardyn. Rest in Peace and Love❤️🙏

Kaitlin,
So many a night laughing and abusing each other over a glass or four of whiskey! You brought the sass and abuse to TempleBar, I loved every minute of it. You will eb sorely missed by everyone that had the privilege of knowing you in Ireland. Sleep tight xxxx
