With heavy hearts, we share the passing of Glennis Marie Foster, age 63, on May 5, 2026. Glennis was born in Regina, Saskatchewan, and throughout her life she brought warmth, kindness, and strength to everyone she met. She is now safe and whole with Jesus, whom she deeply loved and faithfully served.

Glennis was a devoted wife, a proud and loving mother, and a caring teacher who touched countless lives. Her dedication to her students and her compassion for others earned her the respect and admiration of all who knew her. She had a gift for listening, for lifting others up, and for finding the good in every situation.

She leaves behind her beloved husband, Bruce, and her three children, Brett, Courtney (Branden), and Dylan (Kim), who were her greatest joy. Glennis is also survived by her father, Arthur, and her brothers, Grant, Darrell, and Chris of Alberta. She was predeceased by her mother, Margaret, whom she loved dearly.

Glennis will be remembered for her gentle heart, her laughter, and the love she gave so freely. Her spirit lives on in her family, her friends, and in the many students who carry her lessons forward.

A celebration of Glennis’ life will be held at Peace Portal Church, 15128 27B Ave, Surrey on Saturday May 16 at 1:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Glennis’ memory to Langley Hospice Society or BC Cancer Foundation.
