Eileen Maloney-White was born and raised in Glasgow Scotland, she immigrated to British Columbia with her mum, Jeanie, and has lived in many areas of the province such as Williams Lake, White Rock and Victoria where she met her husband of 41 years, John.
Preceded in death by her husband and mother. Survived by her two daughters Caitlyn and Alyson.
Eileen loved her work as a nurse and took great pride in helping those around her. She was a huge animal lover and would have adopted every animal big or small if she could. Eileen was an avid traveler and explored many amazing countries such as Egypt, France, Oman, and Japan. She will be deeply missed by her family and friends who she very much adored.
We will love you forever mum.

Dear Alyson/Caitlyn
We are so sad to hear about your Dad and now your Mom. A very hard loss. We definitely were witness to her love of all animals. They loved you both so much.
Thinking of you,

Alyson and Caitlyn,
I am so very sorry to learn of the loss of your mother, Eileen. As you have seen through these many tributes, her legacy of love will live on in the countless people she embraced throughout her life. I was one of those grateful recipients of her care through our work together on the board of ABOHN.
Eileen will always have a special place in my heart. May her memory be a blessing.

To Eileen's family and friends, like many I was shocked and saddened to hear of Eileen's death. I met Eileen when she came to work at Jazz in 2010. We were colleagues until my retirement in 2017. I also think of us as friends during the time we worked together and also after I retired. She was a steady ship in times of turmoil, a wise soul, an adventure seeker, a funny, generous, and passionate soul. RIP dear lady. Enjoy those Walnut Whips in Heaven!
