Suy Phen "Rufino" Chua passed away peacefully with his loving family at his side on October 23, 2019 at the age of 76 years. Rufino is survived by his loving wife - Cora; children - Julie (Maowy), JP (Maureen) & Wesley (Kit); grandson - Tyler; 6 brothers & sisters; and numerous nieces & nephews.
