My Auntie Lorraine was a Mom to me. She was the longest, constant and continuous source of love, acceptance and support in my life. She was an amazingly strong woman with a huge, kind heart. She had a great laugh and she gave the best hugs. Auntie Lorraine loved the big cats - especially snow leopards - and it was obvious in her choice of decor. She loved everything purple, Winnie The Pooh and all his friends, she loved to swim and was an avid reader. Her family was the single most important thing to her. I loved her magical Christmas trees covered in angel hair, her very cheesy pizzas, our Bellingham shopping trips, going to Rick's baseball games with her and the way she loved my daughters. Auntie Lorraine never judged or criticised, she loved unconditionally. Even though I sometimes let her down, she was always there for me. She supported me through life's troubles. She gave me refuge when I needed it. She never gave up on me. She was my safe place. I love her more than words could ever say and I will miss her always.
Cheryl xoxo
