Franc Vrstovsek
Born on January 19, 1966 in Montreal, Quebec and passed away on November 4, 2023 in Langley, British Columbia. Franc moved to Vancouver in 1968 and is survived by his mom, Marija, Aunt Vera and Uncle Josef and many cousins in the USA and Slovenia.

I met Franc while he was working at the Hilltop Diner. He used to comment on the band tee-shirts I wore , and we bonded over our love of punk rock music. We always had a good laugh, and I miss him.
