Bev Kobilansky age 86, passed away peacefully September 9, 2021, succumbing to her battle with cancer.  She was born March 27, 1935 in Regina Saskatchewan.  She married Nicholas Edward Kobilansky in 1953, her long time friend and love who predeceased her in 1995.

Best sports fan ever!  Just ask her grands, Nicole and Mike if they ever faltered, which they seldom did, it was the referee's or umpire's issue!  A highly competative soul, you always wanted Bev on your team whether it be bowling or a friendly card game.

Bev loved her sports, as witnessed by her besty, one of her proudest moments in golf a hole in one at Poppy Estates.  Her golf hero, Tiger Woods.

If you were lucky enough mom would knit her love into a cozy blanket or something even more practical, a dish cloth or six for you.

No one loved dress up more than Bev; best Halloween costume ever, Phyllis Diller.  Her extended Chelsea Green family introduced mom to the "Red Hat" ladies.  Oh the hats she had!  Life was grand.

Roast beef and yorkshire pudding topped off with apple pie, her specialties.  Mom graciously passed these trade secrets along with her rice krispy square recipe to her family.

While it appears as though life was one big party, Bev took significant pride in her career as an Administrator.  As in day to day life there was no one better at planning and organizing.

Bev is survived by her two sisters, Joyce and Gwen; her three children and partners, Deb and Gord, Nick and Marie, Barb and Barry;  her two grand children and partners, Nicole and Cody, Mike and Jessica.  And her many loving nephews and nieces.  Predeceased by her brother Dan and sister Marlyn.

Family was everthing to Bev, Christmas, Thanksgivings and ice weekends at Surrey Lake brought nothing but joy to her heart.  She loved all and lived for the next big family get together.  She will be forever loved and missed by all.

A celebration of life will be held Saturday afternoon, October 16, 2021, details to follow. View Tribute Book.

To the Kobilansky family
My deepest sympathy to your family in the loss of your mom. Bev was always a bit of a pistol and I enjoyed my many conversations with her over the years. Her door was always open to visitors and she made you feel welcome. Love to all
